This practice is led by Signe Reidla, who holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tartu, specialising in corporate, IP, medical, pharmaceutical, and international private law. Her legal training has guided her decisions at many levels throughout her professional journey from evaluating licensing opportunities to structuring new legal entities. At F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, she was an active member of the IP Working Group, a cross-functional team of experts issuing guidance on IP inquiries and policy implications across the organisation and advised the Asset Management Team within Pharma Partnering on global licensing deals.
At Tillotts Pharma AG, she led the incorporation of new legal entities and organisational development across Europe including the UK and Spain ensuring full compliance as the business scaled, and overseeing portfolio management until every essential leadership role had been filled.
